Pre-washing for washing lines.

OK, you got your washing line built and delivered.

After a couple of months, when you start to understand what's going on, you start scratching you head as well because you find out your final product is not the one you were expecting and/or your machinery wear out in no time and downtime is too damn high.

What to do ?
Too late to step back.
Too expensive to go head

But you got your toy and now you have to play with it.

We may have a word to spend with you and, unless you bought a piece of junk, we can fix some of the problems.

One of the biggest mistakes everybody does is to believe washing lines make miracles, while, in plastic recycling at least, the word "onehundredpercent" just does not exist.

Most of the times anyway, something can be done.

One of the most common item we suggest and provide for is a "pre-washing" machine to get rid of 99% of the dirt right at the beginning of the line to make the duty of the rest of the line much more simple.

This set up doesn't require clean water to operate because process water is more than enough.

Sometimes, as pre-washing, we do suggest a combination of washing,  rinsing and water filtration.

For sure, if dirt and flakes go to a machine with a manganese body, that will wear out as well, but it will take a very long time and beside getting a much better product, your maintenance costs will be really low.
