- It
may sound strange but the washing itself, in most cases, is
not a big issue.
-
- Fortunately,
99% of dirt stays on the surface of every plastic therefore
to remove it, it takes some water together with friction
and nothing else.
-
- There
are quite many machines in a washing line making friction anyway.
-
- Granulator
is first one and if you run it with water it gives a good pre-washing
effect.
- (Also
if we do not agree much on this for quite many reasons)
-
- Centrifuges
have a very good washing effect, and we are talking about good
centrifuges or, better, if your centrifuge dries it does also
washing.
- If
doesn't you're in trouble.
-
- Any
case, when deep washing is required, we suggest a machine that's
been engineered by us, where you can apply all the friction
you want, meaning according to your need and state the
residence time of flakes in contact with (hot) water.
-
- We
just said hot water because the machine develops hot water by
itself, meaning it builds up friction enough to increase water
temperature to whatever you like.
